You have selected to view the listings of businesses that we are selling in the Northern Maine region. Since the listings are vast, we have included a Business Criteria Form below to allow you to specify exactly what you are looking for in a business. The resulting list will be narrowed to the businesses that best fit your needs and desires. Personally, we suggest not restricting the search with criteria limits, just click "list businesses" and leave the fields blank. You'll see the entire inventory thru a scroll this way. It's up to you!

Filling out the Form

Price Range - this field allows you lower and upper limits of the price range you are looking for, separated by a dash (-). Example - If you enter a single price, (i.e. $18,000) then the price range will be that price +/- $500.
Location - this field limits the business listing to a particular town or area of interest.
Type - this field allows you to specify the type of business you are looking for. Your options are:
1. All - this default option will list all business types
2. Retail - this option will list business that sell goods, such as stores and shops. Business that deals in trading goods will also appear under this category.
3. Rental - this option will list apartment complexes, rental homes, equipment rental, etc.
4. Service - select this option to list businesses that render services, such as gas stations, oil delivery, plowing, repair, etc.
5. Other - select this option to list businesses that do not fit in the about categories.
Units - this field allows you to specify the number of units you are looking for in an apartment (not applicable to other business).
Acres - this field determines the minimum lot size you are looking to come with a business. This field can be expressed with decimals. Example - .
Key Feature - this field allows you to specify a key feature you are looking for in a business. For example, if you wanted a business selling cars, you would enter "cars" in this field.
Display listings added since - after your first visit to this site, you may want to check back for new listings. If your browser accepts cookies, then you will see the last date you visited the list displayed in the date box. By checking this option, you will only list real estate that has been added since your last visit. (note - some browsers do not accept cookies, in which case the date field will be blank. Also, if this is your first visit to the site, then the date field will be blank until your next visit. In either case, you can enter the date manually.)

Please Note: You can fill out as many or as few criteria fields as you like. If you leave all the fields blank, the listing displayed will show ALL our businesses for sale. If you fill out more than one blank, then the listing will only display businesses that meet all the criteria specified. For example, if you specify Houlton as the location and "gas station" as the key feature, then only gas stations in Houlton will be listed.
