Price Range - this field allows you lower and upper limits of the price range you are looking for, separated by a dash (-).   Example - If you enter a single price, (i.e. $18,000) then the price range will be that price +/- $500.

Location - this field limits the homes listing to a particular town or area of interest.

Bedrooms - this field allows you to specify the number of bedrooms you are looking for in a home.

Bathrooms - this field allows you to specify the number of bathrooms you are looking for in a home.

Acres - this field determines the minimum number of acres of land you are looking to come with a home.  This field can be expressed with decimals. Example - .

Key Feature - this field allows you to specify a key feature you would like in a home.  For example, if you wanted a home with a swimming pool, you would enter "pool" in this field.

Display listings added since - after your first visit to this site, you may want to check back for new listings.  If your browser accepts cookies, then you will see the last date you visited the list displayed in the date box.  By checking this option, you will only list real estate that has been added since your last visit.  (note - some browsers do not accept cookies, in which case the date field will be blank.  Also, if this is your first visit to the site, then the date field will be blank until your next visit.  In either case, you can enter the date manually.)
