Waterfront Property Database

You have selected to view the listings of waterfront that we are selling in the Northern Maine region. Because our listing is so vast, we have included a Waterfront Property Criteria Form below to allow you to specify exactly what you are looking for in waterfront property. The resulting list will be narrowed to the waterfront that best fits your needs and desires. Personally, we suggest clicking "List Waterfront" with fields blank so you can scroll down the entire inventory. Just a suggestion! This is brief overview, a sampling. When you zero in on a particular property, email us and we'll send you the whole story complete with images!

Filling out the Form

Price Range - this field allows you lower and upper limits of the price range you are looking for, separated by a dash (-). Example - If you enter a single price, (i.e. $18,000) then the price range will be that price +/- $500.
Location - this field limits the waterfront listing to a particular town, lake, or river.
Bedrooms - this field allows you to specify the number of bedrooms you are looking for in a waterfront cottage.
Bathrooms - this field allows you to specify the number of bathrooms you are looking for in a waterfront cottage.
Acres - this field determines the minimum number of acres of land you are looking to come with the waterfront property. This field can be expressed with decimals. Example - .
Key Feature - this field allows you to specify a key feature you would like in your waterfront property. For example, if you wanted waterfront property with a boat dock, you would enter "dock" in this field.
Display listings added since - after your first visit to this site, you may want to check back for new listings. If your browser accepts cookies, then you will see the last date you visited the list displayed in the date box. By checking this option, you will only list real estate that has been added since your last visit. (note - some browsers do not accept cookies, in which case the date field will be blank. Also, if this is your first visit to the site, then the date field will be blank until your next visit. In either case, you can enter the date manually.)

Please Note: You can fill out as many or as few criteria fields as you like. If you leave all the fields blank, the listing displayed will show ALL our waterfront for sale (which may take some time to download). If you fill out more than one blank, then the listing will only display waterfront that meet all the criteria specified. For example, if you specify 2 bedrooms and a beach as the key feature, then only waterfront with both 2 bedrooms AND a beach will be listed.
